This will mean older versions of TracMap display units will no longer work properly with TMOL until they have had a software upgrade. The company advises that they need to be running software version that is 2.10.0 or later. 

If the version has a GREEN buttons on the TracMap display unit, and have not upgraded the system in the last twelve months, then it is likely an upgrade will be needed in the next two weeks.

NB: if the unit is the newer TM5 model (the one with the GREY buttons) the software will not require upgrading. 

TracMap says it is vital that this software be updated before 10 September 2015 or users will lose some functionality in the display units. It adds that no data will be lost but it won’t be accessible until the upgrade has been completed.
