The event will take place on Friday 11th September from 8.30am to 5.00pm at the ‘Thorndon Hotel’ 24 Hawkestone Street, Thorndon Wellington.

The NZ Flower Growers Association emphasises that these events are not only for NZFGA members but open to all flower growers and everyone with an interest in the cut flower industry in New Zealand is welcome.

Wellington was chosen as the location for a number of reasons; ease of getting in and out of Wellington with plenty of flights from all around the country. Accessible for both North and South Island growers and the many attractions in Wellington such as Te Papa the national museum.

An overnight room rate of $119 has been negotiated for anyone wishing to stay on in Wellington.
