This workshop will examine the various influences that contribute to the complexity of this variety and where the industry’s at and how the industry can further improve wines made from Sauvignon Blanc.

The event should be of benefit to grape growers, wine makers, other wine professionals with an interest in Sauvignon Blanc and sommeliers.

It is anticipated that there will be a number of overseas delegates attending Sauvignon 2016 The International Sauvignon Blanc Celebration, who will want to register for this workshop as well.

The event will be held on Sunday, 31 January and the morning of Monday, 1 February 2016 at the Clubs of Marlborough, 42 Alfred St, Blenheim 7201.
