Nigel Larsen will discuss the research Plant & Food Research is undertaking in relation to:

• Gluten intolerance;
• FODMAPs and chronic conditions;
• Irritable bowel syndrome and grains;
• Health benefits of grain consumption.

This will be followed by first hand experiences of what is involved in the diagnosis and management of coeliac disease and gluten sensitivity in adults and children.
