At the conference, the final EU apple and pear crop results from last season will be announced, as well as crop predictions for the coming season. In addition, there are presentations and discussions on the subject club varieties as well as juices. The local organising team, consisting of BVEO, BOG and AMI, has put together an interesting programme including also a technical visit to the fruit growing region surrounding Hamburg.

The organisers said that they expect a great turnout of 250 international participants.
