The Response Guide has also had a number of wording revisions to ensure it aligns with the various response mechanisms used by MPI and GIA partners. 

The guide sets out the decision structure and process to be followed in a response, and the roles and responsibilities of the various people involved. 

GIA says that this is critical reading for any sector participants likely to be involved in a biosecurity response, whether representing a GIA Signatory or as an observer.
