Anti-Dumping Bill changes concerns HortNZ

The Anti-Dumping and Countervailing Act 1988 is being reviewed following a government decision to remove tariffs and duties on imported construction and building materials.

The industry body says that horticulture has been caught in the crossfire of legislation really aimed at aiding the construction industry.

HortNZ submitted to the Select Committee that the current legislation already works well to discourage dumping in the New Zealand market. Click here to see the submission.
