Tannins a focus of NZSVO 2016 red wine workshop

While the emphasis will be on wines made from the traditional Bordeaux red varieties it is just as relevant for wines made from Pinot Noir and other red varieties. 

This workshop will follow the wine judging of the 2016 Hawke's Bay A&P Bayleys Wine Awards and where appropriate, wines for the tastings will be selected from the competition entries.

Warren Gibson, the chief judge from the wine awards and Dr Susan Bastian, an overseas guest judge will be speakers at the workshop
