The event is a ten-day series of New Zealand Food & Beverage activities including workshops, a chefs table, a wine night, master chef menus, industry nights, a Hangi brunch and culminating in ‘The New Zealand Ball’, designed to give New Zealand brands a platform to showcase their products.
