Join the NZ-China Trade Assn. for a roundtable breakfast with Dr Gary Liu, one of China’s leading economists.
This is an opportunity to hear from an expert about the prospects for the Chinese economy and what this outlook might mean for NZ companies doing business with China.
Dr Liu graduated from East China Normal University, with a doctorate in Economics. He is now the VP of CEIBS Lvjiazui International Finance Research Institute.
After graduating, he worked in the post-doctoral centre in the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. In 2002, he joined CEIBS and worked as the Vice Director of the Case Study Centre of CEIBS. He is also a columnist for Caixin and FT China.
Dr Liu was one of the six economists invited to attend an economic symposium presided by Premier Li Keqiang in July 2014. His views on the Chinese economy are widely reported and he is an articulate and well-informed commentator.
NZCTA suggests that this opportunity should not be missed.
