This is the eighteenth office of the Dutch family-owned business and will operate as the sales and support office for Australia and New Zealand.
With the appointment of Marcus van Heijst as account manager, the company believes it has gained a horticulture expert with over twenty years of local experience. Together with partners operating Australia, Priva says it is investing in additional knowledge and additional service for its local customers.
With the opening of the new branch office, called Priva Oceania Pty Ltd, and the appointment of van Heijst, the company adds that it is responding to the growing needs of the market.
Priva has already been active in Australia and New Zealand for over thirty years, with sales and support provided from its headquarters in De Lier, and via local and international partners. Training is carried out by the Chisholm Institute, a major local training and knowledge centre in the Australian horticulture industry.
