• Outline and update of FAR and Potatoes NZ potato research for 2017 by Nick Pyke, FAR;

• Maize Performance Trials tour;
• Update of maize research at NCRS and seasonal crop management issues by Mike Parker, Sam McDougall and Allister Holmes, FAR.
