FloraMax no longer being sold

T&G management have withdrawn FloraMax from the market.

NZFGA was advised in June that T&G had decided on a sale process for FloraMax.

However NZFGA has now been informed that FloraMax has been withdrawn from the market and will now be incorporated as part of the T&G Domestic Divisions.

General Manager Andre van der Kwaak says FloraMax management will now continue with the projects which were in process prior to the sale period.

“A pilot scheme for online booking in Auckland has been running in the background and planning will now start for a nationwide roll out for the larger suppliers over the next few months. T&G management has decided to continue to list the Monahan Road (Auckland) premises for sale;however this will have no direct impact on the day to day running of the FloraMax business.”
