Agri One (Massey and Lincoln Universities) Offering Short Courses

Agri One will run a number of short courses throughout the year. Agri One are currently advertising a course titled “Farming and the Environment”. Environmental pressures and the introduction of restrictions on essential farm inputs are affecting the way growers are making on-farm decisions. Subjects covered at an introductory level include the RMA, Water Quality and Quantity, Climate Change and Greenhouse Gases, Land Management, Animal Welfare, Genetic Modification, Biosecurity, and Farming Best Practice. Dates are 20-21 March, 19-20 June, 21-22 August and 20-21November.
