The workshop was organised by Horticulture New Zealand’s Angela Halliday and Eve Williams, featured a range of speakers, including Ministry of Women CEO, Dr Jo Crib, and was facilitated by former HortNZ board member, Debbie Hewitt.

The forum provided insight and suggestions that could help address the issue of women not reaching strategic leadership roles in horticulture.
