For the first time in IHC history, poster presentations for the 2014 Congress in Brisbane will only be accepted as digital posters. What this will mean is accepted poster presenters will be required to submit an electronic version of their poster as a Power Point presentation, rather than bring a printed physical poster with them onsite to Brisbane. The suggested advantages in this approach are:

• Poster presenters will be given a scheduled presentation time;
• Digital posters will allow presenters to include videos or audio in their poster;
• Touch screens will be available in the exhibition space for delegates to look up posters and/or contact authors.
