Autogrow releases the MULTI greenhouse climate controller

After three years of development Autogrow has released it’s new MULTI control system.  The MULTI is a powerful system using the latest technology which means it can be used for all greenhouse control functions from climate control, through fertigation and hydroponic dosing to in-depth monitoring.

Autogrow have put enormous effort into making the control system easy to use, easy to install, easy to set up and easy to upgrade.  In fact everything about this new system has been thoughtfully designed to make life as easy as possible for the grower without compromising on yield or quality of produce.

The first product to be released will be for climate control of up to 8 compartments.  The number of inputs and outputs is not an issue as these can be easily expanded to a total of 160 inputs and 160 outputs.  This means that each climate compartment can have full control of all the usual greenhouse functions expected by the modern grower.  Controls can be simple or advanced depending on needs and pricing reflects this – you only pay for what you use! 

One thing that sets the MULTI apart from other systems is it’s ability to use a wi-fi  iPad or aPad as a key user interface.  This allows the grower to wander through the greenhouses and perform calibrations or change settings on the spot. Another feature that is very exciting is the fact that the software can be upgraded over the internet.  This means that as features are added the grower will not be left behind and can easily download the latest and greatest.

The Fertigation function is expected to follow soon in December 2011 followed by batch dosing of 8 tanks and 8 monitoring stations.
