Blatchford awarded Emerging Researcher Grant

Australian diets lack vegetables, dairy
New data released by the Australian Bureau of Statistics from the Australian Health Survey (AHS) has revealed that vegetables and dairy are the top two food groups lacking in Australians’ diets with more than 96% not eating enough vegetables and legumes, and 90% not having enough milk, cheese and yoghurt for optimal health.
