Zespri's precautionary hold on kiwifruit ends
Zespri has full confidence that kiwifruit currently on hold due to potentially affected packaging poses no risk to consumer safety. The fruit was put on hold in early April, following concern that small deposits of grease on pocket packs could affect around 0.01% of the fruit currently under review.
